While we cannot provide all the services we used to offer, we are happy to accept new telehealth clients. Looking for an Apple Health Plan?
We take Medicaid through Molina Apple Health for our existing patients but are currently closed to new Medicaid patients. Because this is confusing, please ask by leaving a message at 206-281-7163.
Motor Vehicle Accident or Labor & Industries (L&I) Claims?
If you have had a motor vehicle accident or an injury in your workplace, you
are best advised to go to the nearest Emergency Room or Urgent Care –
depending on the severity of your injuries.
If you wish to follow up with one of our providers later, please have the
automobile insurance claim number or L&I claim number when you make an
appointment. Thank you.
Remote Family Practice
Queen Anne Medical Associates closed its physical plant on May 31, 2024. Beginning in June, the practice shifted to face-to-face virtual care.

By offering face-to-face virtual visits via computer or smartphone, Queen Anne Medical Remote continues to offer new and ongoing prescriptions, blood tests, medical imaging, transgender care, and medical problem-solving.
While patients will need to find other providers for in-person and urgent care, Linda Gromko MD and Carol Keenholts ARNP are available for telehealth visits by appt Monday through Friday.

Although we will no longer insert puberty blockers, hormone pellets, or provide immediate post-operative examinations, we can help you with gender-affirming hormones and other medications.

No Show/
Late Cancellation
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. We will charge $75 for late cancellations and no-shows.
Need an appointment but can’t find one?
If you need an appointment but can’t find one, please leave a message on the Athena portal. We will do our best to place you in an available spot.
Forms & Letters
Please make a telehealth appointment with your provider if you need to have a letter written or to complete forms, e.g., work release, disability, FMLA, etc. We want to be sure we are representing you
correctly. You will be responsible for any notary fees incurred.
