We no longer provide a 24-hour on-call service. If you need to see or talk to a medical provider outside of regular appointment times, contact your hospital Emergency Room or the Urgent Care facility of your choice.
To make an appointment, go to your existing patient portal on Athena, our medical records system, by clicking the button below.
If you are an existing patient but do not have a patient portal, use the same button to create an account.
Call 911 for a life-threatening medical emergency, or call 988 for a mental health emergency. As is the case now, you will be directed to the appropriate Emergency Room or Urgent Care facility of your choice.
